I have one particular shirt that smells so bad it has done a full revolution on the smell-o-scale and now has a quite pleasant scent, kind of like honey.

I'm a college student in San Francisco. This summer my two cousins and I packed our bags and traveled across Africa for 2 1/2 months (From June 1, 2010 - August 14, 2010). This blog was initially my attempt to keep in touch with family and friends and to chronicle my experiences as I traveled, and is now a place for me to tell stories I didn't get to, post photos and videos I didn't get to, and just generally reflect on the experience itself.
